Chianti, Tuscany culinary trip
Thoroughly enjoyed the cashmere Farm, loved cooking with Simonetta, the Grill night was fantastic, amazing Scenic views throughout, fabulous guide in Florence, Massimo was fun and energetic.

The trip was Top Notch with food, drink, and hotel accommodations. The staff at our hotel was outstanding . As for the actual travel, I would have liked more information on what we were seeing along the way to the various towns each day. Almost no information was given along the way . On the actual premises on each of these stops, I would have liked more information on the surroundings along with the usual on wine making. Also, in some of the towns where we spent a couple of hours in, it would have been nice to have some dialogue along with what we were seeing. The wineries were interesting, but standing on the hard rock and tiles listening to how wine was made was very difficult on my joints and back especially when we were walking through towns during the day. The actual cooking classes were great!
