Michael,
Cooking in Italy has been a life-long dream of mine. This week is one that will never be forgotten. This experience will be one that I will hold dearly in my heart. The food, the staff, the accommodations, the shopping and countryside can't be explained by any American adjective that I can think of right now but what does come to mind is this was "Il piu benissimo" experience fo my life. I can't wait to return.
