My first CD trip was to Sorriano. I loved that we all had our own apartments in the town square. The Villa and cooking classes were amazing and fun! The outings were fabulous. Massimo was a superb host and a lot if fun! What energy he has. I met a lit of wonderful people and never felt uncomfortable as a solo traveler.
I followed up with a CD trip to Bologna the following week. If possible, I think I enjoyed it even more than Sorriano! Cooking with a master chef, the balsamic tasting and scrumptious lunch they served us was unparalleled. All the people we spent time with were amazing. Valeria was precious as our host. I wanted to bring her home with me. Just an overall fantastic vacation. I couldn’t recommend anymore. Just wonderful!
