A unique way to tour and taste authentic Tuscany. The hosts reside in Soriano nel Chimino, where the cooking classes are based and it truly is a family-run operation -- from the sister-in-law cooking in the the kitchen to the tour guide on the van. There is nothing touristy about this trip. The accomodations are first class and charming. You meet wonderful people who are proud to share their culture and you get to visit vineyards and mideaval towns that you would not have access to on your own. The vacation is just the right combination of learning something new every day and relaxing Tuscan style as you learn to cook fresh, delicious traditional dishes and drink the very beset wine.
