8 days of splendor, The food and cooking classes amazing. Carla, Pierina, and Rita you make it look like no work. we know better and I know that we had a blast learning.. Rocky, Spartco, Ian what an amazing team, your knowledge was more than I was expecing. They took us places that even some italians didnt know about. My favorite by far was "The Dying City" thanks Ian for encouraging me to make the "hike" wow the beauty beyond belief and brought tears to my eyes. And my other was Tuscany and the Monks Chanting. Every one of my senses fullfilled. Had I know haw FANTASTIC this was I would have booked two of them. my sister satyed for another 10 days and we both wished we would have just spent the money on the other tour chocolate and wine or sicly. If you are trying to decided wether to spend the money "YES", no need to spend more time, this was just perfect. And not to forget Sergio was our bus driver, thanks for taking good care of us. And last but not least thanks to Ian and Pita for sharing your two wonderful boys with us....Cant wait to plan another trip with culture discovery.
