Herb Crusted Trout Filet

Ingredients
 8 trout filets
 ¾ cup breadcrumbs
 basil
 marjoram
 thyme
 chives
 oregano
 3 cloves garlic
 2 lemons
 extra virgin olive oil
 salt
 pepper

Finely chop all the herbs and garlic. Zest the lemons, and mix together with salt and pepper

Wash the fish and dry with paper towel

Coat the fish with oil and the lemon, herb, and garlic mixture

Cover with foil and cook the trout filets on a broiler or in the oven for a few minutes.
