Clean and Slice the Pineapple in small cubes.
Roll a piece of the pineapple in the pancetta.
Hold with a toothpick.
Melt the butter in a frying pan
Sauté the rolls until golden
Remove from pan and place them on a piece of paper towel.
Serve warm
Note: You can also bake them at 325 F (180 C) until golden
