Chop and sauté the onion with the olive oil.
Add the sausages and the ribs. Let the meat brown
Add the salt and pepper
Pour the wine and let it evaporate for a couple of minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and the Parsley
Let cook for about two hours ( You can put the everything in a crockpot and let it cook for six hours)
Follow the directions on the box on instant polenta at hat can be purchased in any italian deli of high end grocery store.
Once the polenta is ready, pour it on a serving dish. Let it cool for about 5 minutes
Place the sausages and ribs on it. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
