Radicchio, Orange, and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
 1 head of radicchio
 1 large orange
 ½ cup chopped walnut
 olive oil
 salt
 pepper

Slice up the radicchio into thin strips (Julienne)

Toss and separate the radicchio strips. Add salt and pepper and arrange on a plate

Cut the ends off the orange. Stand the orange on one cut end, and with a very sharp knife, slice the skin off the orange, rotating the orange after each slice. The finished orange will be in tact and naked

Slice orange across the sections to achieve round slices that look like pinwheels

Arrange the orange slices over the radicchio.

Sprinkle the walnuts over the orange slices

Drizzle with olive oil.

Toss
