Make the flour into the shape of a fountain and melt the lard in your hands, combine the ingredients forming a well mixed dough
Mix the ricotta with the sugar, lemon peel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Let rest for 24 hours
Preheat oven to 120 C (240 F)
Roll our thin sheets in the shape of disks and stuff them with the ricotta seasoning
Bend the rim of the disks upward to make a little bowl
Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
