Sautéed Zucchini

Ingredients
 5 Italian zucchini
 1 onion
 olive oil
 salt
 pepper
 paprika
 4 tbsp tomato sauce

Wash the zucchini and slice thin

Peel and slice the onion

Saute the onion in olive oil until browned.

Add the zucchini, salt, pepper and paprika

Lightly brown the zucchini, stirring occasionally

After about 10 minutes, add the tomato sauce and let cook another 10 minutes or until soft.
