What began last year as a fanciful, Post- Master's degree notion has, after this week, transformed into a dream realized. You can never know how grateful we are to you for opening our home and your hearts to us. I will feel the warmth of the Soriano sun on my skin long after I have returned home, as well as the "OO" flour under my fingers and the taste of homemade grappa will forever tingle on my tongue. Much love to Carla as well, for she is truly "Il core della cucina" (The Heart of the Kitchen") Thanks you for everything!
