Everything about the week's experience was wonderful. The cooking classes are not stressful and you are made to feel very comfortable. No worries about mistakes, etc. Day trips to learn about wines, olives oil, cheese and food in general were informative and fun. Bravo to all involved (with a special hug to Carla). Highly recommend putting it on everyone's wish list.
