I am not a cook and the idea of a weeks cooking in Soriano was my wife's idea with me tagging along. Well, what fun. I didn't cook, just ate, drank, enjoyed the atmosphere, the trips and the whole holiday experience with the other guests and the Culture Discovery team. If you want managed holiday with everything including all food and accommodation and day tours taken care of (even if you don't want to do any cooking - and I was the only abstainer ) this is the holiday ! For my punishment I did get to grate a bit of cheese !
