We discovered Culture Discovery Vacations completely by accident, but were intrigued with the concept. So we signed up and it created a deep-lasting memory for us. The trip was nothing short of fantastic. Once we understood Michael and Paola's concept of "immersion" into Italian life, it made the trip unique and vastly rewarding. Not only did we have a lot of fun and learn a lot, but after spending the week with 12 other great people, we felt like we had become part of an Italian family. We had special dietary needs, and we were so grateful to Carla, Michael and Rocky for going above and beyond to accommodate us and not make us feel like outsiders. The food, the cooking experience, the excursions and the whole package were terrific. Bravo!!
