Having decided many, many years ago to undertake a residential cooking school in Italy, this trip to Sicily immediately appealed given the Island's diverse culinary influences. CDV did not disappoint

This was an immersion holiday rather than a formal cooking school. We had some fabulous, one off experiences and the hosts and demonstrators were fun, generous and all times attentive to guests needs.
My friends following the Facebook and Insta posts were very impressed with the obvious good times we were all enjoying!
