My wife and I traveled to Soiano nel Cimino the end of May 2015. Not only was the weather perfect but the trip was
the best we have ever taken. The people who plan and organize this vacation experience have created an environment that allows you to fully experience Italian life in a way no other tour can do. We met some great people who were on the trip with us which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The size of the group (14) made the cooking classes easier to understand. Our guide, Spartico, was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and presented it with good humor. His ability to interact with the guests kept our interest and established a friendship with everyone. The accommodations in Soriano were comfortable although our house Veccio Forno was small, it was quiet and comfortable. We spent little time there as we were up early and to bed late. Our instructor, Karla, was very friendly and established a great rapport with each guest. All in all it was a fantastic experience and as advertised we learned as much about Italian culture as we did about real Italian cooking.
