My friend and I had a fantastic trip to Norcia. It was very well organized. Everyone we met and interacted with were friendly and professional. We were well cared for by our hosts and all of the staff at the hotel and at the "outings". The food was incredibly delicious. The chef, Emmanuel, at the Hotel Seneca was a great teacher and very supportive. It was very fun to be immersed in Italian culture. Where else would you get to hunt for truffles, make ricotta cheese, have a lesson with a master choclatier, bake pizzas, learn how to replicate some great food at home, while totally relaxing? CDV was a great find on the internet and my friend and I are intending to take another trip with them in the future. If you love to cook and love to experience events that are not your usual tourist fare you will enjoy this trip.
