Culture Discovery is a week-long vacation and couldn't be better. The food, the cooking classes and the tours to the wineries and olive mill were so well done, informative and fun. The accommodations were wonderful, Sergio the bus driver is amazingly skillful, the restaurants and family dinners were exquisite. The schedule was pretty full, but you don't want to waste time, you want to take in as much as possible! Because they're family and friends and they network around, you get to meet people and see places you wouldn't as an ordinary tourist. It was relaxing because all the meals etc. were figured out ahead of time and you just had to go along. Rocky, Carlotta, and Linda were all excellent guides and friends; Carla, Katia and Rosario were wonderful cooks and teachers. Absolutely top-notch, the trip of a lifetime (except we'll probably do it again.) And the icing on the cake is all the fine folks who join the group, from various places and walks of life, and all pitch in and sing along and party like never before, making it a full rich experience of Italian culture and family and friendship. Highly, highly recommended
