The Norcia trip is perfect for foodies - lots of opportunity for hands on cooking and learning about food traditions and family owned food and wine providers throughout Umbria. The staff is exceptional; Spartaca & Sophie were fun, knowledgeable, and exceedingly gracious. The trip involves an active itinerary with little time for rest or independent exploring but every excursion was fascinating and impossible to skip. This is an opportunity to see the real Umbria. We were lucky to have a group of 13 happy, easy going fellow travelers who made the trip especially memorable.
