Culture Discovery's cooking vacation is a combination of "hands-on" cooking and regional tours. Guests are drawn in as part of a wonderful Italian family along with 10-14 other guests who bond as friends over cooking, sit-down meals and regional travel. On the first day guests are greeted and escorted to a comfortable and private accommodation they call home for the week. Each day the group gathers for a typical "Italian Breakfast" then off for an exciting day of either cooking, tours or both. The experience is not to be missed...new friends, local wines, olive oils, cheeses, meeting the local citizens of the area, grocer, butcher etal. The pace is yours, you can do all, some or none...but Culture Discovery is a great find!
