I absolutely LOVE the philosophy of this company! Your customer service was beyond compare. I miss everyone so much. Maggie and Larisa, Marika and Katya... and I can't forget Carla. I even miss the bus driver and I didn't interact with Alessio much. You guys spoiled us for the rest of our trip.
Structurally the only thing that I wish was different for me was a bit of a slower pace and more time to explore on my own. I'm older and my knees and ankles are mostly ruined from my time in the military and my back from being a nurse. It was difficult to keep up. I had to bow out a couple of mornings because of my pain levels. But that's just me. The experience was absolutely amazing.
Larisa was new and she is going to be very good at this job. She has the right energy levels and personality for it. I hope she stays with you guys for many years to come. She's got the stamina to put up with being on stage all the time which has to be exhausting. She even gave us translation assistance when we purchased a painting after our class was over.
Katya was my personal favorite although that in no way shows any less appreciation on my part for anyone else. She was so kind and the fact that she opens her own home up to us for such a wonderful dinner is incredible. This was the trip of a lifetime, 3 weeks in all. Not sure if we'll ever be able to make it back but I certainly hope so.
