The CDV Team are second to none! From the minute we arrived in Rome and Soriano until the minute we left we were treated to the best vacation that we have ever had. The staff accommodated every request with a smile and went out of their way to make sure that we were looked after. This is a real family operation. From start to finish we were treated like family and that includes our tour mates affectionately known as Fuori Controllo. Carla, Katia, Rita, Sergio, Sophie, Linda and Rocky are wonderful people that go out of their way to help you learn and laugh and have the most memorable time. Our apartment was a converted bakery that used to supply bread to the Pope! It was just perfect for us even though we only saw it long enough to sleep. :) The rest of the time we were out on the road for a wonderful tour or off to the Villa for our cooking classes. The people that we met along the way were wonderful, outgoing, caring people. What we learned in our classes will stay with us for the rest of our lives and we have already introduced some of the cuisine to friends and family at home. Kevin and I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to seeing you next year!
