What an amazing family!!
Having decided many, many years ago to undertake a residential cooking school in Italy, this trip to Sicily immediately appealed given the Island's diverse culinary influences. CDV did not disappoint
I came back with a lifetime of memories and an Italian "family" that will be with me for the rest of my life.
The places you took us were so well thought out and planned! We truly felt the love as we entered into the Italian culture! You found us top your guides and they fabulous eating places!
It was incredible
all these things added up to a thousand great memories and a strong desire to do it again.
The cooking classes were a blast. The wine tasting and food eating excursions were out of this world.
