Cooking with a Michelin chef in his restaurant was a highlight for me, but everyday was a delightful experience. Dinner with our bus drivers in their garage and family was so special and fun.

The hosts from CDV were amazing. Warm, knowledgable and fun! I loved the cooking classes, parmesan, prosciutto and balsamic factories were amazing. So much delicious food and memories.

Every day had its own Highlight. Welcomed in to the home of Silvia Gozzi and meeting Bruna, Pina, Arcangelo and the rest of the family and cooking together was special.
