Carnival in Venice is an incredible event.  Masks and costumes are worn by all the attendees and is popular worldwide We take private boat and private gondola rides when we visit Venice on our Bologna cooking vacations Claudio, a local Parma Producer, will bring us to his private Prosciutto Cellar where he use to age selected Prosciutto Bologna offers metropolitan cities, quiet countryside, smooth wines, rich history, decadent food, and friendly faces. We have the privlige to taste  25 year aged balsamic vinegar Checking the fresh Parmesan cheese wheel for quality in Reggio Emilia, Italy. We visit the Colli Bolognesi, where the wine of this region come from. We learn about and taste many wines here. We visit the Colle Bolognese and taste the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the vineyards We shop together in local town markets instead of big stores and take you where the locals go. We are easy going and like to joke around. You won't find a stuffy tour on any of our vacations. A night of great wines, good food and very funny people We include a visit to a local artisan that makes Gondolas and teaches us how he builds them by hand.
