Claudio, a local Parma Producer, will bring us to his private Prosciutto Cellar where he use to age selected Prosciutto A local nonna hosts one of our cooking classes in bologna, teaching us all about the tradition and passion of cooking. In Modena we visit a Balsamic Vinegar producer. We have the privlige to taste 25 year aged balsamic vinegar We do everything like locals, we go grocery shopping in town and then sit at the osteria and enjoy some wine. Toasting with a local glass of wine to a vacation full of cultural immersion and delicious food.
