One of our classes on Bologna Vacation is taught by Chef Andrea, super fun Michelin star chef. The famous masks of Venice, Italy are an ancient tradition of the area. Claudio, a local Parma Producer, will bring us to his private Prosciutto Cellar where he use to age selected Prosciutto One of our Cooking Class will be at Ca Matilde, restaurant of Andrea Michelin star chef that will lead our class. In Emilia Romagna we visit a local small Parmigiano Producer and taste and learn all about the popular cheese Our Cooking class are family style setting. We visit a local family and local recipes together We visit the Colle Bolognese and taste the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the vineyards Our Cooking classes in Bologna are always hands on and immersive. You make everything you eat. We shop together in local town markets instead of big stores and take you where the locals go. Bologna has a food market that has been in the center of town since medieval times. An authentic, cultural experience We visit a local Parma Prosciutto Producer that will show us how to make Prosciutto and let us taste their products. We go to the town of Maranello and visit the famous Ferrari museum. We take a private ride on a gondola through the iconic and romantic venetian canals.
