End-to-End fabulous, from the moment your picked up at the Catania airport to the moment you're getting on the flight home. If you want a low-key, fully immersive trip in a small group of like-minded and adventurous people, this is the right one.  We got so see and do so much, from making our own mains, capponata, desserts, fresh fish, to beef involtini, pistacchio cake and so much more - wonderful.  Our guide, Tomas (Tommy) was incredible, warm, engaging and fun.  Our dinners were always incredible, and the only time we ever opened our wallet was when we went shopping on our own.  Air conditioned comfort on the bus and in every hotel we stayed in, from modern to a restored Baroque Italian palace, to an incredible hotel in the middle of an olive orchard, sipping wine and resting our feat.  811 pictures!  The open markets in Catania and Palermo were inspirational, and we made the best cannoli I've ever had at a winery.  The wines never stopped, and the friendships we made will last a lifetime.  Just ask anyone who took this tour, and they'll tell you the same.  Life is short! Take the tour AND the cannoli!
